Senior Product Manager

About the role

Jem is an AI‑native scale‑up building HR and workforce solutions for deskless workers. As a Senior Product Manager you will lead a product squad, own the roadmap, the gross‑profit target and the go‑to‑market motion, and ship features using AI tooling such as Claude.

Key responsibilities

• Own the gross‑profit number for your product line, tracking cost‑to‑serve, pricing and margin per user.
• Prototype, write specs and ship code with AI‑driven tools, turning customer insights into production‑ready features in days.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, including pricing, packaging, demos and sales enablement.
• Lead a dedicated squad of engineers, implementation specialists and consulting support, setting standards for collaboration.
• Maintain the product roadmap, prioritising work based on commercial logic and real‑time evidence.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning a product line with full commercial accountability.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI in discovery, prototyping, spec writing and shipping.
• Ability to argue unit economics and make decisions based on margin contribution.
• Strong sales orientation – you can sell the product and build enablement materials.
• Comfort designing for imperfect, messy data typical of operational B2B software.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and adapt to a rapidly changing org chart.
