Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

DigiOutsource, part of the Super Group, is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement and support cloud platforms that power cutting‑edge online gaming experiences. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑performance, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters using Rancher, overseeing container orchestration and deployment across environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building and deployment, leveraging GitLab and Rancher integrations.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible or ARM templates.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, CloudWatch and Rancher’s built‑in tools.
• Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, configure autoscaling and resource management.
• Ensure security and compliance by configuring firewalls, access controls and related cloud security measures.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating cloud platforms at scale.
• Strong background in container orchestration and Kubernetes management.
• Hands‑on expertise in automating infrastructure and CI/CD processes.
• Ability to monitor performance and implement cost‑optimisation strategies.
• Commitment to security best practices and regulatory compliance.
