Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ (formerly OLIVER+) is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead creative and production projects from brief to delivery. The role is fully remote and works within a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment that spans AI, digital, film, CGI, motion design and print.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new briefs, turning ambiguous requests into clear, actionable project plans.
• Scope, cost, and schedule projects across a range of disciplines and time zones.
• Manage internal and external teams to deliver deliverables such as email campaigns, website content, and multimedia assets.
• Maintain and improve the OLIVER+ project management methodology, ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Handle multiple mid‑ to high‑complexity projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Close projects by documenting standards, outcomes and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing several concurrent projects of medium to high complexity.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on project profitability.
