Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports in strict compliance with accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
• Maintain strong internal controls and oversee all audit processes.
• Manage cash flow, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Ensure tax compliance and proactively manage financial risks.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
• Communicate critical financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Drive system improvements and support the implementation of advanced financial software.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Deep expertise in local GAAP, tax legislation, inter-company reconciliations, and year-end audits.
• Proven experience in foreign exchange management and cash flow optimization.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on innovation and continuous process improvement.
