Senior Designer – Brand & Campaigns

About the role

Happy Pay is looking for a Senior Designer to own the visual output across its brand, campaigns and product experiences. This is a hands‑on role reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with Product, where you will create everything from campaign creative to app visuals and merchant assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver visual assets for campaigns, merchant collateral, emailers, WhatsApp banners and product launches.
• Maintain and evolve the Happy Pay brand book and design system as the brand, app and website grow.
• Create product‑focused designs such as app splash screens, in‑app banners, card designs and new brand extensions.
• Direct website design work with external developers and ensure builds match brand guidelines.
• Produce print‑ready in‑store materials and merchant‑facing collateral with correct specifications.
• Brief and manage external freelancers for animation or motion work when required.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating on‑brand, well‑executed design work.
• AI‑native workflow using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Higgsfield or ElevenLabs.
• High agency and ability to take ownership of briefs without constant direction.
• Minimum three years of experience in a design or creative role.
