Senior Accredited Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accredited Trainer to deliver a range of accredited learning programmes in line with SETA requirements. The role focuses on delivering National Qualifications Framework (NQF) accredited courses and, occasionally, non‑accredited material, ensuring learners achieve the required unit standards and credits. The trainer will also support the development of assessment tools and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of NQF‑accredited course material to learners, adhering to SETA guidelines.
• Assess and moderate learner performance as a registered accredited assessor.
• Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development Design and Development team to translate instructional design into classroom delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant unit standards, qualifications, and accreditation processes.
• Develop and update assessment tools and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide feedback to curriculum developers to continuously improve course content.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an accredited trainer delivering NQF‑aligned programmes.
• Familiarity with SETA accreditation and assessment requirements.
• Strong understanding of unit standards and credit allocation within the NQF.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with L&D teams.
• Excellent record of achieving learner success rates.
