About the role
The Seasonal Sales Associate will work on‑site at the Eastgate store, delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily retail operations during the busy season. This role involves handling sales transactions, assisting with lay‑by sales, and promoting the benefits of a TFG account.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and manage floor replenishment and inventory.
- Perform sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and assist with lay‑by sales.
- Explain the benefits of a TFG account and encourage account opening.
- Execute seasonal visual merchandising (VM) changes and promotions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and inquire about the shopping experience.
- Proactively contact customers for updates on repairs.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent.
- 0‑2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
