About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will sell products to customers, ensure satisfaction, develop and maintain relationships, identify needs and recommend suitable products, while working towards sales targets and contributing to organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate sales.
- Achieve sales budget/targets and income.
- Attract and retain customers through merchandising.
- Process cash and credit transactions in line with policy.
- Deal with customers in a customer‑centric manner.
Required profile
- 12 months sales experience, preferably in retail (Grade 127).
- Teamwork.
- Self‑motivation/drive.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales and prospecting processes.
- Basic retail knowledge and extensive product knowledge across categories.
