Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & AI Implementations

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Global Customer Care team in Centurion, South Africa. The role focuses on enhancing our Service Cloud platform and building AI‑driven solutions that improve customer support efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and train AI technologies within Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Create virtual agents in Experience Cloud to provide instant customer assistance.
• Develop and maintain Experience Cloud functionality for an improved customer portal UI.
• Analyse business requirements, design technical solutions and implement them independently.
• Maintain existing Service Cloud code and develop new features using Copado for deployments.
• Participate in testing, data migration, language translation configuration and go‑live planning.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with AI tools such as Einstein or Agentforce.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proven experience in data migration and integration tasks.
