About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead new development sales and marketing activities within the property development sector in Gauteng. The role involves presenting development projects, managing a sales team, and driving social media campaigns for luxury home packages.

Key responsibilities

Read architectural plans and deliver presentations on new development projects.
Manage social media platforms and create design content in partnership with a marketing agency.
Lead and develop the sales team, including training, performance monitoring, and structuring new deals.
Maintain a proven track record of achieving sales targets for vacant land and luxury home packages.

Required profile

Grade 12 and a Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
5–10 years of sales experience in new development, vacant land, and luxury home packages.
Minimum 4 years in a marketing management role.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team successfully.

Required skills

Social media platform management.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
