Sales Manager – RF Projects

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by creating and executing sales strategies for RF projects. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the role leads a team of Sales Executives and ensures financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Create sales plans, set targets and allocate resources to maximise sales opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and support Sales Executives and the Sales Administrator to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and sales objectives.
• Manage product pricing, margins and oversee tender responses, RFIs and RFPs.
• Maintain the company CRM system, generate sales reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Expand the client database within specified sectors and cultivate strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent and a BCom degree in Business Management (or similar).
• 5‑10 years of experience in wireless/RF within industrial OT environments, preferably in mining, oil & gas or sea‑port sectors.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and managing customer‑engagement projects.
• Familiarity with RF regulations and project‑level customer engagement planning.

Required skills

• Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• SharePoint.
• In‑depth knowledge of RF regulations and wireless technologies.
• Industry expertise in mining, oil & gas, and sea‑port environments.
