About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the commercial performance of our FMCG portfolio, driving both B2C retail and key account growth. You will shape sales strategy, manage a high‑performing team, and ensure the brand reaches its volume, value and distribution targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for B2C retail, wholesale and key customer segments.
- Optimise route‑to‑market, retail execution and customer‑focused initiatives to grow market share.
- Manage relationships with major customers, negotiate terms, pricing and promotional agreements.
- Oversee field sales execution, merchandising, brand visibility and in‑store promotions.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Demand Planning for accurate volume forecasts.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and analyse profitability data.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance and NPD teams to support product launches and promotional plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and customer relationship capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with solid reporting abilities.
- Valid driver’s licence.
