Sales Coordinator

About the role

This position supports the commercial and marketing functions of a leading Out‑of‑Home media owner. The role involves assisting sales executives with proposals, managing campaign documentation, and contributing to trade and digital marketing initiatives. It is ideal for a motivated self‑starter eager to grow a career in media sales and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage accurate, timely sales presentations and proposals for direct clients and agencies.
• Ensure proposals and costing schedules are sent within deadlines, often within 24 hours when no deadline is set.
• Manage Rental Agreements and Production Quotes under guidance, and ensure accurate campaign notifications to landlords.
• Submit complete billing packs to Finance, track CI’s and PO’s, and prepare post‑campaign reports and proof‑of‑flight documentation.
• Coordinate lounge and site photography and maintain organised filing systems.

Required profile

• Diploma, degree or other tertiary qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience, preferably in media or advertising.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident, proactive and adaptable.
• Passion for media and advertising with strong numerical and analytical ability.
