Sales Coordinator

About the role

NutroChem Pty Ltd, based in Bethal, Mpumalanga, is looking for a Sales Coordinator. The role involves administering, coordinating and executing all sales‑related activities to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate internal sales meetings and monthly sales reports.
• Track stock levels, order inventory and arrange collection and delivery of products.
• Liaise with clients through various communication channels.
• Provide sales data, order processing and product distribution support to sales staff.
• Assist the Finance Department with reporting, invoicing and related functions.
• Support the Marketing Department with sales data and relevant information.
• Perform any other duties aligned with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Knowledge of the agricultural and chemical industry is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Multilingual – fluent in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
• Financial and commercial understanding.
• Strong organisational, planning, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Problem‑solving and planning capabilities.
• Microsoft Office – intermediate level.
• Report writing skills.
