Sales Consultant – Microfinance (Pretoria)

About the role

Microfinance Company seeks self‑motivated, sales‑driven and administratively strong candidates for the position of Sales Consultant at its Pretoria branch. The role involves marketing, promoting and selling loan and insurance products, creating new business, and maintaining client relationships to meet or exceed loan, contract and funeral‑plan targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed loan out, loan in, contract and funeral‑plan sales targets.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships.
• Market Letsatsi Finance and Loan products and services.
• Develop and expand the customer database.
• Ensure branch administrative requirements are met, including cash handling and updating cash books.
• Adhere to company policies and national legislative requirements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and educate customers on terms and conditions.
• Maintain a professional branch appearance and personal presentation.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) with Maths/Accounting.
• Degree or National Diploma (advantageous).
• 1–2 years of microfinance experience.
