About the role
A leading supplier of hygiene products is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its Cape Town team. The role involves representing the company, driving sales of hygiene‑related items, and expanding the client base across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client service needs and prepare accurate quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Leverage a personal customer database to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
- Provide after‑sales support and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hygiene‑related products.
- Proactive “hunter” mindset with a proven track record of winning new accounts.
- Own a reliable vehicle for client visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Existing customer database is a plus.
