About the role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury watch boutique at the V&A Waterfront. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and providing thoughtful, discreet service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients, learn about their interests and share detailed product knowledge.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the boutique’s high standards of presentation.
- Keep accurate client records using computer systems.
Required profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury or up‑market retail store.
- Confidence engaging with high net‑worth clients in a warm, professional and discreet manner.
- Clear, confident spoken English and ability to explain products accurately.
- Strong listening skills, good judgment and a polished professional presence.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in luxury products and willingness to develop specialist knowledge.
- Comfort using computer systems and maintaining client records.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
