About the role

The South African Breweries (SAB) is an accredited SAICA Training Office offering the DynamX Finance Management Trainee Programme. This 36‑month programme supports Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting graduates in pursuing the CA (SA) qualification. As a SAICA Trainee Accountant you will gain exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation and financial management.

Key responsibilities

  • Rotate across various finance departments, including Accounts to Report, Risk, Tax, Cash, Treasury and Financial Control.
  • Receive mentorship from experienced Chartered Accountants throughout the programme.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities aligned with SAICA training regulations.

Required profile

  • No prior experience required; final year or completed Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to new challenges.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
