Roads Construction & Contracts Manager – 3‑Year Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for experienced professionals to fill senior engineering, contact manager and construction manager positions on road construction projects in Mpumalanga and Gauteng. The company operates in these provinces and handles a wide range of technical fields in the construction industry. The roles are offered on a three‑year fixed‑term contract with a multi‑disciplinary construction firm focused on infrastructure development.

Required profile

• Senior Engineer – professional registration (PrEng or PrTech) with ECSA or PrCM with SACPCMP.
• Contact Manager – National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher and at least 10 years of road‑construction experience.
• Construction Manager – Site Agent – National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher and at least 7 years of road‑construction experience.
• Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) or an equivalent recognised international body.
• Membership of the South Africa Council for Project and Construction Management Professions.
• Relevant experience measured from the date of acquiring the base qualification.
• Foreign nationals with permanent South African residence of more than five years must be ECSA registered.
• Willingness to work under a three‑year fixed‑term contract.
