About the role

This role within the Retentions Team focuses on strengthening and sustaining client relationships through effective communication, confident negotiation, and solution-oriented engagement. Reporting to the Retentions Team Manager, the incumbent will leverage problem‑solving and objection‑handling skills to drive client retention, enhance satisfaction, and support positive business outcomes in a values‑driven, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

Connect with clients effectively to understand and address cancellation or non‑payment reasons.
Negotiate and work with clients to retain their business.
Reinforce and remind customers of the value of our services.
Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention.

Required profile

A team player with a positive, self‑motivated attitude.
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
Resilient, solution‑driven, and able to handle challenging conversations.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
