About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to provide personalized fitting consultations and deliver exceptional customer service in our Durban store.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional bra fittings with sensitivity and discretion.
• Assist customers in selecting products across everyday basics, premium, loungewear, sports, shapewear, and occasion wear.
• Support merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual presentation of the store.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross‑selling, and promoting new collections.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Create social media content such as photos, videos, styling tips, and behind‑the‑scenes posts.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer service experience; lingerie fitting experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner.
• Confidence in conducting fittings and discussing intimate apparel professionally.
• Sales‑driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high store standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods.
