Key responsibilities

• In‑House Consultations: engage inbound leads via phone, email and live chat, delivering professional consultations on training and career preparation services.
• Pipeline Enrollment: guide candidates step‑by‑step through digital platform registration, ensuring they select appropriate courses and resume‑building packages.
• Sales & Target Delivery: convert inquiries into premium enrollments while consistently meeting daily and weekly revenue and onboarding targets.
• CRM Data Management: maintain 100% accurate, real‑time records of candidate interactions, profile updates and subscription statuses.
• Brand Representation: uphold an articulate, encouraging tone that aligns with the brand’s world‑class professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in target‑driven retail, cellular or consultative sales roles with a track record of meeting performance metrics.
• Comfort operating in high‑volume client environments aligned with Cape Town’s active retail search trends.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, persuasive tone suitable for an international career platform.
• High proficiency navigating digital platforms, video‑conferencing tools, CRM software and online payment gateways.
• Strong self‑direction and intrinsic motivation to manage a busy digital queue independently.
