About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct up to 30 hours of live English instruction per week using provided curriculum.
• Engage adult students in interactive, virtual classroom sessions.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Participate in regular professional‑development workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Accredited TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours).
• At least six months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Reliable computer and a quiet, well‑lit workspace.

Required skills

• Computer with i5 processor or better (minimum 2.1 GHz, 4 cores, 8 CPUs).
• 8 GB RAM or more.
• Stable fiber internet connection (20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable.
• UPS with 4‑5 hour battery backup (2000 VA).
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam (backup headset recommended).
