Remote B2B Sales Development Representative

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting, on behalf of international organisations, remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support their outbound sales efforts. The role is full time and requires a high level of autonomy: you represent clients in sectors such as SaaS, FinTech and MarTech, targeting decision-makers in the UK, US, Europe and Australia, and you bridge cold outreach to booked meetings with Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach, including cold calling, personalised email campaigns and targeted LinkedIn engagement.
• Research target companies to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Qualify leads by budget, authority and buying intent.
• Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain data hygiene by updating CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive after each interaction.
• Work with marketing to refine messaging and ideal customer profiles.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience; retail or B2C backgrounds are not considered.
• At least two years in an SDR, BDR or similar outbound B2B role.
• Native or near-native English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Resilience in the face of rejection and a sophisticated approach to objection handling.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
