Remote Architectural Draftsman / Architect (AutoCAD)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Draftsman / Architect to join our remote team. You will produce high‑quality building plan sets for U.S. clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness for permitting and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Create complete building plan sets in AutoCAD, including elevations, roof plans, floor plans, and grading/site plans.
• Develop detailed construction drawings with precise dimensions and annotations.
• Interpret architectural concepts and expand basic layouts into full plan sets.
• Incorporate revisions, mark‑ups, and redlines from project stakeholders.
• Prepare drawings for permitting and ensure code compliance.

Required profile

• College‑level education in Architecture.
• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting or as an architect.
• Professional working proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
• Portfolio of building plans or plan sets.
