Regional Operations Manager

About the role

Are you a driven individual looking to join a dynamic asset management team? We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager with excellent communication skills who values client satisfaction and quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage portfolio operations cost‑effectively and efficiently.
• Lead Centre Managers and support staff across multiple centres.
• Implement, monitor and report on policies, procedures and controls.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, security and fire protection requirements.
• Identify and manage service providers for maintenance and strategic relationships.
• Monitor performance of operational contractors, including security, cleaning, refuse, landscaping and other services.
• Oversee tenant relationships and support leasing, marketing, legal, finance and HR functions.
• Drive maintenance and lifecycle management, including capital and high‑value projects.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of property or retail property management experience.
• Tertiary qualification related to management or real estate.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional knowledge of Zulu, Seswati or Xitshonga is advantageous.
• Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple centres remotely.
• Strong professional email etiquette and effective email management.
