About the role
Tracker Western Cape is seeking a diligent Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to provide front‑office support and ensure high customer‑service standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and redirect telephone calls, handle email enquiries and assist walk‑in clients.
- Provide courier services and perform ad‑hoc duties as directed by supervisors.
- Support Sales Consultants across Business, Dealer and Insurance channels by updating partners, tracking project status and preparing MIS reports.
- Manage installation certificates, login credentials, contract loading (IEvolve) and lead entry on the NR site.
- Schedule fit‑ments, urgent service requests and on‑site appointments; maintain reporting on regional productivity.
- Ensure compliance with Tracker head‑office processes and assist other business units as needed.
Required profile
- Matric qualification with at least 1 year of reception or front‑desk experience.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Self‑starter, detail‑oriented and capable of building relationships.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
