About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will manage front‑desk duties, handle phone calls, keep the reception area welcoming, and support the administrative team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relations by listening to client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Operate the telephone system efficiently, directing calls and taking messages.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide support to other team members as required.

Required profile

  • Matric qualification (minimum).
  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Highly organized multitasker with excellent time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
