Quality Control Foreman

About the role

The company is an established manufacturer seeking a Quality Control Foreman to lead product quality activities on the shop floor. You will ensure compliance with quality standards, manage non‑destructive testing (NDT) procedures, and maintain accurate quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and maintain product quality assurance data packs in a timely manner.
• Raise Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and conduct in‑process and final inspections.
• Ensure measuring and monitoring equipment is calibrated, maintained, and documented.
• Approve final product certifications (3.1 / 3.2) and perform regular self‑audits.
• Implement and maintain approved NDT procedures and oversee departmental purchasing compliance.
• Update ERP system information and revise work instructions and SOPs.
• Interpret NDT results, attend process control meetings, and review inspection contracts.

Required profile

• Level 2 NDT qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Basic knowledge of in‑house material grades and quality control systems.
• Previous supervisory experience in quality control is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
