About the role

dhk Architects is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead complex urban projects from concept through construction. You will be responsible for delivering meticulous documentation, coordinating site teams, and ensuring designs meet the highest aesthetic and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate large‑scale mixed‑use, residential and commercial projects on site.
• Produce and oversee detailed construction drawings and documentation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Maintain compliance with industry codes, standards and building systems specifications.

Required profile

• SACAP‑registered Professional Architect with a strong academic background.
• 2–5 years post‑qualification experience on complex urban projects.
• Proven ability to balance aesthetic sensitivity with rigorous technical knowledge.
• Deep understanding of construction detailing, building systems and material specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Full competency with BIM CDE workflows.
• Strong grasp of collaboration and modelling techniques within Revit.
