Product Market Lead - Rest of Africa

About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded Product Market Lead to drive product performance, customer engagement and market growth across the rest of Africa. The role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, customer experience and market strategy, linking regional market teams with product functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product performance across multiple regional markets and influence roadmaps with data‑driven recommendations.
• Translate customer, market and competitor insights into product enhancements and localisation initiatives.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion and retention.
• Partner with product, commercial, marketing, operations and regional stakeholders to deliver market needs and support product launches.
• Analyse performance metrics, monitor trends and communicate risks and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
