Product Manager – Key Accounts (Pharma)

About the role

The role reports to the Key Accounts Divisional Head and is responsible for the strategic direction, brand stewardship, and commercial performance of assigned pharmaceutical product portfolios within the key accounts environment. It combines market analysis, brand strategy, and close collaboration with sales and senior stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market dynamics, competitors, and customer insights to inform product strategy.
• Develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns, and customer experiences.
• Drive portfolio growth through effective planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Work closely with sales teams to align strategies at primary and secondary sales levels.
• Manage and coordinate conferences and key industry engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor brand performance, reputation, and customer engagement.
• Use data and insights to guide decision‑making and optimise outcomes.
• Ensure consistent brand alignment across all marketing and commercial activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Life Sciences or Biomedical advantageous).
• 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with sales management experience advantageous.
• Mandatory experience managing Cardiovascular, Neuroscience and Diabetes portfolios.
• Strong commercial, financial and budgeting acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly analytical, proactive and strategically minded.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, matrix environments.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
