Product Analyst

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded and analytical Product Analyst to join a fast‑paced digital business. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with digital products, content providers, customer insights, and cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on product content, features, and functionality across multiple product verticals.
• Manage relationships with content providers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new content opportunities and service providers.
• Monitor and communicate product roadmaps, enhancements, and release schedules.
• Coordinate technical integrations and product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to define product enhancements and website improvements.
• Analyse customer behaviour and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor content performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure effective communication across business units throughout product implementation projects.
• Support strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer experience across web and mobile channels.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Product Analyst, Product Coordinator, Business Analyst, Digital Product, or similar role.
• Experience working with digital products, websites, mobile applications, or online platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience coordinating projects, product rollouts, or system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project administration capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
