Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will partner with business units, product designers, architects and testers to analyse current (As‑Is) operations and design future (To‑Be) operating models. The role focuses on applying process‑improvement principles, leveraging data, process‑mining insights and automation tools to drive continuous performance gains.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver process‑related work items in line with project delivery methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise and scope process initiatives.
• Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be discovery, analysis and design using appropriate techniques.
• Build business cases, calculate ROI and link process improvements to corporate performance metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks through process analytics and mining tools.
• Ensure successful implementation and benefit realisation of new processes.
• Develop communication and mitigation plans for cross‑organisational impacts.

Required profile

• Professional (MSP) level with proven experience in process improvement and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to consult senior stakeholders and influence strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in value‑chain mapping and operating‑model design.
