About the role
The Price File Coordinator will manage and maintain the hospital group's pharmaceutical price file, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. This role supports revenue generation by analysing market conditions and determining appropriate pricing plans. The coordinator will also serve as the primary contact for pricing enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the pharmaceutical price file, keeping it accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Conduct data analysis to develop pricing plans aligned with market conditions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and pharmacy managers regarding price changes and currency values.
- Prepare and deliver reports on product movement and usage as required.
- Ensure vendor compliance with company standards and audit unauthorised changes.
- Act as the point of contact for all pharmaceutical pricing enquiries.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Pharmacist Assistant.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical procurement processes.
