Outreach Assistant

About the role

DesignRush is looking for a proactive Outreach Assistant to help acquire high‑quality backlinks that boost search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase brand visibility. This is a full‑time, remote position where you will work independently while collaborating with the SEO and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant, high‑authority websites for link placements.
• Conduct personalized outreach to secure backlinks through partnerships, campaigns, and content collaborations.
• Track link acquisitions, including anchor‑text variations and link types, to meet SEO targets.
• Maintain organized records and communicate effectively with prospects and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, and related workflows.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using Hunter.io for outreach.
