About the role
Commspace is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to support the timely and accurate onboarding of projects and client accounts. The role is hybrid, based in Paarl, and offers the chance to grow within a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks related to assigned projects and account onboardings.
- Collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients and internal cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements to enhance the client experience.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Afrikaans.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Data cleaning and processing capabilities.
