National On Premise Key Account Manager (Limited Service Restaurants)

About the role

The National On Premise Key Account Manager will own the commercial strategy for Red Bull across strategic limited‑service restaurant (LSR) customers in South Africa. You will drive new business, grow existing partnerships and ensure national agreements are executed flawlessly at the outlet level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement joint business plans for national and regional QSR key accounts, aligning volume, revenue, distribution and visibility targets.
• Negotiate win‑win partnership agreements, manage budgets and forecast spend, and coordinate cross‑functional resources to deliver on‑premise marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on sales performance, distribution and execution metrics, adjusting action plans to meet targets.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across procurement, marketing, operations and franchise structures.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven account management experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Strong on‑premise knowledge, contacts and understanding of QSR business models and route‑to‑market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven, ownership attitude and willingness to travel nationally.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
