MinePlan Engineer I – Technical Support for MineSight

About the role

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a MinePlan Engineer I to provide high‑level technical support for Hexagon Mining’s MineSight software at customer sites. You will ensure the software operates effectively, delivering safety, productivity and efficiency improvements to mining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver masterful troubleshooting and timely solutions for MineSight users worldwide.
• Adhere to support schedules and act as the primary contact for client issues.
• Collaborate with the technical support team, taking ownership of incidents through resolution or escalation.
• Participate in after‑hours on‑call support and follow established support processes.
• Create FAQs, self‑service videos, and documentation for product development and case management.
• Provide client training and assist on mining projects as needed.
