About the role

The Millwright artisan is responsible for electro‑mechanical maintenance and repair of plant equipment. The role focuses on keeping machinery operating at peak performance, reducing unplanned downtime, and adhering to all safety, quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electro‑mechanical maintenance tasks on a variety of plant equipment.
• Carry out repairs to restore equipment functionality promptly.
• Monitor equipment condition to support optimal performance.
• Implement measures that minimise production downtime.
• Ensure all work complies with established safety, quality and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to conduct electro‑mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail to maintain equipment performance.
