About the role

Our client is seeking a skilled Mid to Senior Java Developer to join their Pretoria‑based team. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for experienced developers who combine strong Java development expertise with solid Angular capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance enterprise‑level applications using Java.
• Build and integrate robust, scalable software solutions.
• Develop and maintain front‑end functionality using Angular.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and solution design.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Follow sound software development and coding practices.

Required profile

• Relevant degree is essential; candidates with diplomas only will not be considered.
• Mid to Senior‑level Java development experience.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Strong Angular experience.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Must be based in Gauteng and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Valid South African ID is required.
