Mid-Level Remote Graphic Designer (US Pacific Time)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our fully remote team and support digital marketing, brand assets, and visual content creation. The role works closely with US‑based stakeholders during Pacific Time business hours (9 AM–4 PM PT) and leverages modern design tools and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality visual assets for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Create and adapt designs for landing pages, marketing funnels, and web‑based experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, and product teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Use AI‑assisted design tools to improve speed, ideation, and creative output where appropriate.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and prepare files for handoff, production, and iteration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines within PT working hours.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio (mandatory submission).
• Proven remote work experience and fluency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana.
• Experience working with US or UK‑based companies.
• Practical use of AI tools in design workflows (e.g., AI‑assisted ideation, image generation, layout support).
• Reliable high‑speed internet suitable for daily video calls and large file transfers.
