Marketing Specialist – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are a fast‑growing home‑services brand seeking a results‑driven Marketing Specialist to own paid‑social strategy, CRM automation and customer‑acquisition campaigns. The role is fully remote and works closely with leadership to deliver measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise paid‑social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), from creative strategy to budget management and performance analysis.
• Design, implement and maintain automated workflows, pipelines and lead‑nurturing sequences in GoHighLevel.
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across the funnel.
• Monitor daily KPIs and report on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
• Identify optimisation opportunities to lower cost‑per‑lead and improve lead quality.
• (Bonus) Support Google Ads campaigns, including search, display and local service ads.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on digital‑marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing Meta ad budgets with real financial responsibility.
• Experience building workflows and automations in GoHighLevel.
• Strong analytical mindset; decisions driven by data.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
