Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the planning, coordination and delivery of campaigns, events and content that promote Rallim’s programmes, services and brand. This full‑time position is based in Sunningdale and is ideal for a proactive team member with solid marketing fundamentals and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Create, coordinate and update content for the website, social media, email campaigns and paid advertising.
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, campaign monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate production of brochures, newsletters, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Support events, promotions and public‑relations activities while ensuring consistent branding.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, including internship or graduate‑level experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of marketing principles, digital media and social platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic analytics.
• Experience maintaining marketing databases and CRM records.
