Marketing Manager – Drive Brand Growth

About the role

VirtuHire is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Marketing Manager to own the marketing function, grow the brand, online presence and client pipeline. This hands‑on role combines strategy development with execution across digital, social, content, email and paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute VirtuHire's overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Improve the website, including content, SEO and lead‑generation opportunities.
• Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Create and oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters and client communications.
• Produce engaging written and short‑form video content, as well as thought‑leadership pieces.
• Identify and pursue new client and inbound‑lead opportunities through digital channels.
• Explore podcast, video and other content formats for the brand.
• Identify relevant PR agencies, publications, podcasts and industry partnerships in the UK and US.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑growing B2B tech, recruitment or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies.
• Commercially minded, creative and highly proactive.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the marketing function.
• Experience with PR, podcasts, influencer marketing or media relations is advantageous.
• Experience using AI and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
