Maintenance Operator - Industrial & Mechanical Systems

Main Responsibilities

• Support skilled artisans in their daily maintenance activities and technical interventions.
• Conduct rigorous daily inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Monitor and report any technical deviations, defects, or anomalies to the foreman immediately.
• Collect and record accurate field data to assist in productivity optimization.
• Manage and supervise the warehouse and spare parts inventory to ensure availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in strict compliance with safety standards.

Candidate Profile

• Completed secondary education (Grade 12/N3) with a strong background in Mathematics, Science, and English.
• Possession of a valid C1 driver's license.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical maintenance principles.
• Previous experience in industrial or preventive maintenance is highly preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial setting.
