About the role
We are looking for a practical, detail‑oriented Legal Administrator to support our business in compliance, risk, and general legal governance. This hybrid position blends office and remote work, offering a hands‑on environment within a regulated corporate setting.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and monitor compliance frameworks covering FICA, AML, KYC, POPIA, FAIS and the Companies Act.
- Maintain compliance registers, dashboards, monitoring schedules and audit trails.
- Conduct due‑diligence, onboarding reviews and support internal audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare compliance reports, monitoring findings and risk updates for senior management.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Support legal administration tasks such as contract coordination and policy management.
Required profile
- Hands‑on legal and compliance experience in a corporate or regulated environment.
- Strong organisational and detail‑driven approach.
- Ability to work across compliance, risk and legal support functions.
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Desire to grow within a corporate compliance and governance career path.
