Learning & Development Facilitator (Utilities)

About the role

Huntswood is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver impactful training programs for its utilities workforce in the UK. You will create engaging learning experiences that boost capability, support performance, and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of learning programs, including onboarding, systems training, soft‑skill workshops and compliance sessions.
• Adapt training methods to meet diverse learning styles and preferences.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide post‑training support to ensure skill application.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to tailor content to stakeholder needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and incorporate business changes into training.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and real‑time assistance to colleagues.
• Conduct training needs analysis and address identified gaps.
• Support graduate groups and manage training records and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven facilitation or training experience in the UK or USA financial services.
• Demonstrated L&D experience within the utilities sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality sessions both in‑person and virtually.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
