L&D Facilitator - US Healthcare Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and facilitate diverse training programs including onboarding, systems training, soft skills, and compliance.
• Adapt instructional methods to meet the specific needs of diverse participants to ensure maximum engagement.
• Conduct thorough training needs analyses and evaluate program effectiveness through post-training follow-ups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to customize content and ensure alignment with company values and client requirements.
• Provide continuous coaching and mentorship to employees and support Grad Bay groups.
• Stay updated on product evolutions and healthcare sector trends to maintain high-quality training standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in facilitation, training, or a similar L&D role.
• Ability to work US business hours (shifts between 15:00 and 00:00 SAST).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to coach and mentor others.
• Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure impact.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
