Key Account Manager – Corporate Channel (Gqeberha)

About the role

TRACKER Corporate Business is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to develop and nurture relationships within its Corporate Channel. Based in Gqeberha, the role involves regular travel across the Eastern Cape to support and grow key fleet accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand business opportunities within existing corporate key accounts.
• Provide consultative services and analyse business trends for each account.
• Coordinate departmental processes between Tracker and client organisations.
• Plan, manage and attend business promotions, functions and client meetings.
• Oversee client operational tracking and vehicle monitoring requirements.
• Prepare financial analyses, projected budgets and manage service level agreements.
• Identify training needs and ensure technical and support aspects are delivered.
• Document internal processes, compile statistical information and report to the Area Manager.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with experience in the fleet industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Management or project management experience is advantageous.
• Strong market and competitor knowledge with good financial understanding.
• Strategic thinking, excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self‑starter, assertive, detail‑oriented and able to manage relationships at business‑owner and executive level.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
